Hidden Tiny Verse ("we", "our", or "the app") is a hidden object puzzle game for iOS developed by Jacob Salazar. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

a) Game Data

We store game progress, settings, and purchase state on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). This includes:

• Level completion status and star ratings
• Hint count and lives remaining
• Sound, music, and haptic feedback preferences
• In-app purchase state (e.g., ads removed)

To keep your progress and hint balance consistent across your own devices, some of this data is synced through your personal Apple iCloud account (iCloud Key-Value Storage). This data stays within your iCloud and is not accessible to us. If you are not signed in to iCloud, all game data remains only on your device.

b) In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. Apple's privacy policy governs all transaction data.

c) Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display non-personalized (contextual) ads. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use the device Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for tracking — so the app shows no App Tracking Transparency prompt. To serve and measure these ads, AdMob may collect device identifiers, advertising interaction data, and diagnostic data (such as crash and performance information). This data is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you. You may purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase to disable all advertising.

d) Level Content

The app downloads level data (images, configurations, and audio) from our servers to provide new content. These downloads do not include any personal information. No account or login is required.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information
• We do not require account creation or login
• We do not collect location data
• We do not access your camera, microphone, or contacts
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties

3. Children's Privacy

Hidden Tiny Verse is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require any personal information to play. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

4. Data Security

All game data is stored locally on your device using iOS built-in security features. Level content is downloaded over HTTPS encrypted connections. We do not maintain external databases containing user information.

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Apple StoreKit — for processing in-app purchases
• Apple Game Center — if you choose to use it, your leaderboard scores (such as total stars and levels completed) are submitted to Apple Game Center and governed by Apple's privacy policy
• Apple iCloud — for syncing your game progress across your own devices
• Google AdMob — for displaying non-personalized advertisements

Each service has its own privacy policy governing data they collect.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Delete game data stored on your device by uninstalling the app
• Manage or clear iCloud-synced game data from your device's iCloud settings
• Remove all ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option
• Restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings

7. Data Deletion

To delete the game data stored on your device, uninstall the app. Game data that was synced to your personal Apple iCloud can be removed from your device's iCloud settings.
