By downloading, installing, or using Hidden Tiny Verse ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
Hidden Tiny Verse is a hidden object puzzle game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the app or its content
2. In-App Purchases
The app offers optional in-app purchases (hints and ad removal) processed through the Apple App Store. All purchases are final and subject to Apple's terms. You may restore previously purchased items using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the app's settings.
Consumable purchases (hints) are added to your account immediately and cannot be refunded through us. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.
3. Intellectual Property
All content in Hidden Tiny Verse — including artwork, music, sound effects, game design, and code — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content in the app.
4. Advertisements
The app may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. Ad content is not controlled by us. You may remove ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase.
5. Game Content & Updates
We may add, modify, or remove game levels and content at any time. We reserve the right to update the app to improve performance, fix bugs, or add features. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of gameplay.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the app at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
